Process Consistency
Shortcuts feel small in the moment, but they often create big problems down the line. When we stick to the process, we protect our customers from errors and make work smoother for our teammates.
As a team, talk about any process you might have in place. Make sure you are following any approved processes exactly as written today—no shortcuts. That consistency is what builds trust and keeps everything running smoothly. Great work!
Radical Candor
The strongest teams balance honesty with kindness. Being clear—even when it’s hard—shows respect. At the same time, feedback only works when it’s delivered with consideration and care.
For example:
- ✅ Do say: “I noticed you missed a step on that order. Let’s walk through it together so it doesn’t happen again.”
- ❌ Don’t say: “You always mess this up.”
Today, practice giving feedback that is both direct and caring. Speak with truth and empathy—it’s how we grow stronger together.
