Monday Kickoff: Be the Example
Theme of the week: You Are Someone’s Example
Whether you realize it or not, someone on this team or in the company is watching how you work, how you solve problems, and how you show up every day.
This week, reflect on this: How can you lead by example—through your attitude, work ethic, or willingness to help?
Big or small, your example matters more than you think.
Customer Connection: Fireworks & Follow-Ups
We’re in the season of fireworks—but don’t forget the follow-ups. Fireworks are fun to watch once, but follow-ups? That’s where real momentum happens. A great experience becomes exceptional when you circle back, check-in, and show you care.
Challenge this week:
Follow up with one customer, one open ticket, or one colleague. It could be as simple as:
→ “Just checking in on this—how can I help move it forward?”
That small action could be the spark that makes someone’s day—or completes a task you’ve been meaning to close.
Let’s make a follow-up part of how we show up.
Professional Development: Hedgehog Refresh
This week, we’re going back to the basics. Whether you’ve been here for years or just joined, it’s always a good idea to realign around why we do what we do.
Take a few minutes to watch a short refresher video on the Hedgehog Concept—the foundation of how we focus, grow, and succeed together.
When we’re all aligned on what we’re best at, what drives our economic engine, and what fuels our passion, we move forward stronger as one team.

Team Building Thursday: Trust Triangle
Today we’re talking about trust—the foundation of any great team.
The Trust Triangle = Consistency + Competence + Caring
Which part of the triangle do you think we excel at as a team?
Which part could we focus on improving together?
Let’s build stronger connections by recognizing how trust shows up in our work—and how we can grow it even more.
Fun Friday: Appreciation Snapshot
Let’s end the week on a high note. Take 30 seconds to think of someone on the team you appreciate and why.
Big or small—share your appreciation out loud.
A little recognition can go a long way, and it’s the perfect way to close out the week together.
