As we transition to holiday coverage with many people out of the office for holiday vacations, our commitment to stability is paramount. This final check is an act of collective responsibility—it’s not about doing more work, but about ensuring our core client systems and processes remain fully operational. A few minutes of proactive verification now prevents a critical, disruptive emergency over the last few weeks of the year.
Before logging off for any holiday PTO you might have, conduct a final 5-minute system stability check. Verify your most critical client-facing platforms and scheduled reports are running cleanly. Document any open tasks or updates with your team.
