Customer Connection: Fresh Start August
With school starting up again, August often feels like a second New Year—a perfect chance for a fresh start.
Today, take a moment to reflect: What’s one habit, mindset, or skill you want to reset or refresh before the year’s over?
→ Maybe it’s being more intentional in your customer conversations.
→ Maybe it’s staying more organized.
→ Maybe it’s something personal that helps you show up better at work.
Whatever it is—this is your August reset. Fresh mindset, fresh connections, stronger finish to the year.
The Hedgehog Hotline – SNAPworx Resupply Outreach
As you know, we transitioned to SNAPworx for our Resupply outreach earlier this year, along with updated phone numbers for each company. This process has been in place for a while now — but it’s a great time to double-check that we’re all staying consistent.
Each company has its own Resupply number:
1. Alpine → Alpine Resupply Direct/Outreach
2. You Can → You Can Resupply Direct/Outreach
3. Copper Star → Copper Star Resupply Direct/Outreach
Please use only the number that matches your brand.
Stop using any old numbers or outdated printed materials. (New PAP Guides are now in circulation!)
Customers have already been notified, and it’s up to us to make sure we’re giving accurate and clear information every time.
Thanks for helping us keep things clean, consistent, and professional.

Fun Friday: Dream Mentor
Let’s wrap up the week with a fun question to get us thinking about growth and inspiration:
If you could have anyone—alive, from history, or that you personally know—as your professional mentor, who would it be and why?
Take a minute to think about someone whose experience, leadership, or creativity you admire. Then, share with the group!
Bonus: What’s one thing you’d want to learn from them?
Throwback Thursday: Alpine Throughout the Years
Today we’re sharing a fun collection of photos from Alpine’s history — including the building of our very first store in Salt Lake, early company events, and a few great moments along the way.
Take a moment to browse through the memories, celebrate how far we’ve come, and reflect on how you are now part of this ongoing story.
