What Is Caddis Cast?
Caddis Cast is our internal podcast created to share company updates, important conversations, leadership thoughts, and messages that help keep our teams connected.
In Episode 9, Jay and Nick introduce the Tackle Box, a new way for employees to share ideas, questions, concerns, and feedback from anywhere across the companies. They explain how the Tackle Box is designed to give everyone an easy way to speak up and contribute to conversations that matter.
They also talk about how submissions can spark new conversations, improve communication, and help surface ideas or concerns that might otherwise go unheard. Whether it’s a question, suggestion, problem, or something worth sharing, the Tackle Box gives everyone across the companies a voice.
You’ll also see a question on your weekly report: “What was your takeaway from this week’s episode?” Be sure to tune in, reflect, and share what stood out to you.

Thanks for having me on the podcast! And remember, if you have any ideas, suggestions, questions, or feedback, send them to tacklebox@caddiscap.com. We’d love to hear from you!
Thanks for another great episode, I love watching a new episode at the beginning of each new week. 🙂
Can you please put a link to the tackle box. I went to go there and when I put tacklebox@caddiscap.com a lot of things came up but none of them took me to the correct place.
The Tackle Box hanging from the ceiling was very funny! Love the idea of the tackle box and can’t wait to see what it brings!
