How Daily Huddles Work
1. Start with a Daily Message
Managers share a quick inspirational thought or focus for the week. See the daily reminder email for some inspiration!
2. Set Team Goals (Monthly + Weekly)
As a team, choose one monthly goal and one weekly goal that is measurable and achievable.
Your weekly goal should support the monthly goal and keep progress moving forward. Each department’s goals will be tailored to their work. Be sure to report back on your monthly goal at the end of each month.
You’ll still meet daily to stay aligned and make steady progress.
3. Submit the Weekly Recap Form (End of Week)
At the end of the week, complete the form to report your result and reflect on what worked (and what could be improved).

Patient-First Sales: You’ll guide inbound leads through their CPAP therapy journey using a consultative, empathetic approach.

Multi-Channel Communication: You’ll manage conversations across phone, email, and SMS platforms (experience with Podium is a major plus!).

Collaborative Growth: You will help shape the future of this program and collaborate closely with the Inside Digital Sales team.
The Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible shift options (7-3, 8-4, or 9-5).

Compensation: Base pay + commission.
