What Is Caddis Cast?
Caddis Cast is our internal podcast created to share company updates, important conversations, leadership thoughts, and messages that help keep our teams connected.
In Episode 9, Jay and Nick introduce the Tackle Box, a new way for employees to share ideas, questions, concerns, and feedback from anywhere across the companies. They explain how the Tackle Box is designed to give everyone an easy way to speak up and contribute to conversations that matter.
They also talk about how submissions can spark new conversations, improve communication, and help surface ideas or concerns that might otherwise go unheard. Whether it’s a question, suggestion, problem, or something worth sharing, the Tackle Box gives everyone across the companies a voice.

Can you please put a link to the tackle box. I went to go there and when I put tacklebox@caddiscap.com a lot of things came up but none of them took me to the correct place.
