Lead With Assurance: When talking with customers, always assure them that they’re in the right place.
Be the Expert: When a customer calls in, they’re looking to us for the answers. Even if you need to make an extra call for confirmation, make sure to convey that you’re the right person for the job. This establishes trust and makes the customer feel helped.
Offer a Solution: Did you know that even if we don’t offer a product in our standard stock, we can most likely order it? Never hesitate to offer a solution. Typically when we order something that we don’t traditionally offer, it’ll only take a few days to ship.
