Trudy Broadbent became an integral part of the company when she joined in 2018. Her collaboration with Jay Broadbent in establishing Caddis Capital Management was pivotal to the company’s successful launch. Trudy’s dynamic role involves frequent visits to stores, engaging with employees, and spearheading discussions at the head of the conference table, where she actively absorbs and shares ideas to further enhance the company’s achievements. Known for her compassionate nature, Trudy is the embodiment of the human touch that is warmly welcomed by all. With a rich and diverse skill set, she has cultivated a lifelong career in various domains, and is an expert in health and wellness, massage therapy, and physical therapy. Her extensive travels have not only broadened her horizons but have also heightened her sensitivity to the needs of individuals within the company.
Outside of work, Trudy enjoys spending time with her family, tending to her garden, and volunteering to support others. She is known for her hands-on approach, genuine connections, and nurturing nature, which are qualities that continually and positively impact the Caddis companies.

Dan Cloward has been an invaluable asset to Caddis Capital Management. He has been with the company since 2010, starting as the controller in the accounting department. Due to his extraordinary organizational skills and fresh ideas, Dan was promoted to CFO. In this role, he has played a vital role in the growth of our family of companies. His leadership style is characterized by a keen attention to detail and a strong belief in people, reflected in his approach of leading from behind. He is passionate about hiring the right people with the right talents and skills, and allowing his team to develop their own confidence and autonomy. Known for celebrating wins and working closely with high achievers, Dan is not a micromanager. Additionally, he emphasizes learning from mistakes and understanding that nobody wins until people lose.

Tiffani has been with the company for several years, working directly with our customers as an empathetic respiratory therapist. She began her journey in respiratory therapy by attending Weber State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy. With a diverse background in critical care and home health settings, Tiffani is proud of the path she has chosen and continually seeks opportunities to explore different avenues within her profession.
In her current role, she manages the respiratory therapy department and ensures compliance with healthcare standards. Tiffani is a member of both the National Board for Respiratory Care and the American Association for Respiratory Care. With a passion for respiratory care and patient advocacy, she is committed to pursuing growth and making a positive impact in her field.
Outside of work, Tiffani enjoys outdoor activities and values time with her family. She loves traveling and has recently embarked on adventures to Alaska with her husband and to Orlando with her grandson.

Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and two children, as well as pursuing passions in smart home technology, A/V projects, running, soccer, and bachata dancing. With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Lisa Kirkpatrick has continually demonstrated her expertise as an organized and goal-oriented leader. Beginning her journey with the company in May 2010, she has held diverse roles, starting as an Insurance Biller, Rehab Billing Specialist, ACT Phone Team Lead, and eventually hired as the Resupply Manager. Since assuming the role of Resupply Manager in June 2018, Lisa has successfully doubled the growth of their team, a testament to her process-driven and growth-oriented mindset.
Lisa takes pride in being a hands-on leader dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and resolving any challenges that may arise. Working directly with customers and her team, has not only allowed her to impart valuable training, but has also enabled her to glean insights and feedback to continually enhance company processes. Lisa is an involved, dedicated mother and grandmother. She is deeply committed to her children and is the life of any party. If you had to describe Lisa, you would say she has a larger than life personality with the energy and love to match.
