The Monday Mindset
“Trust is the new currency of our interdependent, collaborative world.” – Stephen M.R. Covey, The Speed of Trust
Why might trust be described as “currency?” Do you think trust grows with dependence or collaboration? Explain your agreements or disagreements with the team.

Potion Making
Our very own Henry the Hedgehog has concocted three ingredients designed to increase our Units Per Transaction (UPT). Your task is to determine which two of the three ingredients you would choose to mix together for optimal results.
- Ingredient A: Offer to bundle products together
- Ingredient B: Highlight premium or new product options
- Ingredient C: Nudge about our limited-time offers
Divide into small groups and discuss the features, benefits, and potential drawbacks of each ingredient. Consider how each tactic could complement the others when combined. Each group will choose the two ingredients/tactics they believe are the best to combine together to make their potion and increase UPT. Be prepared to explain your reasoning
As you can see, there really is no correct answer or “one size fits all.” By carefully selecting complementary tactics, we can create value for our customers and boost our UPT.
