Customer Connection: Customer Loyalty
Let’s take a moment to focus on customer retention and loyalty—key drivers of our long-term success. Acquiring a new customer costs five times more than retaining an existing one. (Forbes) Not only that, loyal customers are more likely to refer others and trust our brand for future needs.
Customer loyalty doesn’t happen overnight; it’s built through consistent effort, care, and follow-through. Whether you interact with customers directly or support behind the scenes, you play a vital role in making sure every experience is positive, seamless, and memorable.
What’s one way you go above and beyond to make a customer feel valued? Share an example of a time when a loyal customer returned and how it made an impact.
It’s not just about meeting expectations—it’s about exceeding them. A small act of kindness, a well-timed follow-up, or an effortless solution can make all the difference in building trust and loyalty.

As part of our transition to SNAPworx, our Resupply outreach process has changed — including new phone numbers for each company. This update is now LIVE, and using the correct contact info is critical.
- Each company has a dedicated Resupply number.
- Alpine: Use Alpine Resupply Direct/Outreach
- You Can: Use You Can Resupply Direct/Outreach
- Copper Star: Use Copper Star Resupply Direct/Outreach
- Only use your company’s number when contacting customers.
- Stop using any Resupply number not assigned to your brand.

Moving Forward
Outreach now runs through SNAPworx, and customers have the correct number. Report any outdated info—thanks for keeping communication accurate!

Team Building Thursday: Challenge ACCEPTED
Today is all about growth! Each team member is formally challenged today! Propose a task or activity to another team member that will contribute to their development. It could be a skill to learn, a professional challenge, or even a task to complete.
- Pair up with any member of your team.
- Share a challenge you believe will help them grow.
- Example: “I challenge you to learn more about CPAP dropship this week!”
- Embrace the challenge and commit to working on growing in that area within a set timeframe (up to you and your partner to decide.) Set a calendar reminder for around the time you’d like to see the growth implemented and see if you can hold yourself accountable.

Fun Friday: Legacy in Action📚
Today, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the impact we have—through our work, our teams, and even our lives outside the office. Let’s have some fun thinking about the kind of legacy we’re each building!
