See You in 2025!
This is the final week of huddles for 2024! Wishing you a wonderful holiday season, and remember that all Hedgehog Huddles will be digital moving forward—no more physical cards will be distributed.
The Monday Mindset
“Beginners are many; finishers are few.” – Stephen M. R. Covey, The Speed of Trust
Congratulations on entering your last week of Hedgehog Huddles for 2024! Thank you for your participation this year. Let’s reflect on this quote for the last week of Huddles for the year. Do you agree with this quote? How do you interpret it? Share your thoughts with the team.

Real Customer Call
Today, we’ll be listening to a new real customer call! You’ll have a chance to either listen to or read a real customer question and then engage in a discussion with your team, where you’ll collectively explore how best to respond to the question.
The call was successful in addressing the customer’s questions, providing clear information, and building rapport. The employee also encouraged the customer to visit the showroom, offering a great opportunity to further engage with the store and explore products in person.
What was good about the call:
- The employee answered all the customer’s questions thoroughly, leaving no ambiguity and ensuring they felt informed and confident.
- The employee effectively invited the customer to visit the showroom, creating a personal connection and encouraging further exploration of products.

Review Challenge
It’s THAT time again! What time? It’s time to announce the winner of the latest review challenge! Thank you so much for participating in yet another review challenge.
Don’t give up if you didn’t win this time. You could be the winner of the next challenge! Remember, it’s never too late to get started. Invite as many customers as you can to review your store. We will calculate based on the highest rating per review sent! We will be looking for the most reviews received, but you must also win with the highest rated reviews. Just because you are a small store does not mean you cannot win!
Holiday Traditions
The holidays are full of traditions that bring joy and meaning to our lives. To begin, share one holiday tradition you and your family participate in with the team.
After sharing personal traditions, let’s pivot to a discussion on workplace traditions. What traditions should we consider establishing at work during the holidays or at the end of the year? Is there something we can start doing now that could help us prepare for a strong 2025? Think about traditions that could keep our team connected, motivated, and successful as we enter a new year. Example: Have all communication about current projects completed before Christmas Day.
Traditions can shape who we are, both personally and professionally. Let’s take the time to reflect on what’s important to us and use that to build habits and traditions that set us up for success in 2025!
