These positions are eligible for our “Hire-A-Friend” program, which could mean money in your pocket if your referral is hired
Total payout for the “referring employee” is $500. The payouts will occur based on the employment longevity of the new employee as follows:
NOTE: Both the hired employee and the referring employee must be employed on the above interval timeframes for the referring employee to be eligible for payout. Both employees also need to be in good standing with the Company for payout eligibility (e.g., no active disciplinary actions/warnings).
Payouts will be managed by Human Resources (Bob Wadman); therefore, no tracking is required on the part of the referring employee.
To be eligible, referring employees must submit an email (to Bob Wadman) before the hiring process indicating that they are referring a particular individual.
