Challenge for Today: Implement Leader Standard Work!
For one day, organize your tasks using this framework:
- Morning Check-In (10-15 minutes): Start the day by reviewing priorities and setting your intentions.
- Core Responsibilities: Block time for your daily must-dos (e.g., emails, routine tasks).
- Strategic Work: Spend time on an improvement project, goal, or creative task. Use this “head down” time to make large strides on a big task!
- Team Support: Dedicate a short bit of time to connect with others—ask, “How can I help you today?”
- Reflection: End the day with 5 minutes of reflection. Ask yourself:
- Did I focus on the most important tasks?
