From author and podcaster Gretchen Rubin: Research shows that morning people, or “Larks,” really do differ from night people, or “Owls.” About 40% of people are Larks, about 30% are Owls, and the rest fit somewhere in between. Are you a lark (early riser) or an owl (late sleeper)? How can this self-knowledge help you at work? How can this self-knowledge help you in your personal life?
