Do you agree with this quote? Do you disagree? Share with the team your thoughts. Are there any root problems in your processes or work as it currently stands? What roots can you change to produce new fruit?

Review Challenge
It’s THAT time again! What time? It’s time to announce the winner of the latest review challenge! Thank you so much for participating in yet another review challenge.
Don’t give up if you didn’t win this time. You could be the winner of the next challenge! Remember, it’s never too late to get started. Invite as many customers as you can to review your store. We will calculate based on the highest rating per review sent! We will be looking for the most reviews received, but you must also win with the highest-rated reviews. Just because you are a small store does not mean you cannot win! The winning store will be featured in our next review challenge.
Halloween Coworker Bingo
It’s Halloween, and we’re bringing a fun twist to Bingo! This isn’t your ordinary Bingo game – you’ll need to interact with your colleagues to find someone who matches each square.
The squares contain various Halloween-related traits or activities. To mark off a square, you must find a coworker who fits the description. Have them sign their name in the square that applies to them. Can you score a bingo?
Happy Halloween!
Gratitude in DME
As we start a month of gratitude, let’s reflect on the many people who make our work in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry possible. From referral sources to patients, vendors, and colleagues, and beyond, there are countless ways we can show our appreciation.
Each team member shares one person or group they are grateful for in their work. Explain why you appreciate them and how they positively impact your work. Discuss creative ways to show gratitude today. Examples include:
- Reaching out to a past colleague who helped you out.
- Sending a thank-you note to a referral source.
- Following up with a customer to see if they’re doing okay with their equipment.
Talk about the importance of gratitude in our industry. How can showing appreciation improve our relationships with referral sources, patients, and vendors? How does it benefit our team and work environment?
