The Monday Mindset
“Low trust is the greatest cost in life and in organizations, including families.” – Stephen M. R. Covey, The Speed of Trust.
What is the “cost” of low trust? Provide some examples and discuss with the team. How do we work to raise trust in the office? How can you start?

Team-Building Thursday: Customer Voice Wall
Today, we’re focusing on the voice that matters most – our customers! Whether you’re customer-facing or behind the scenes, every single team member plays a role in ensuring we deliver top-notch service. One way to remind ourselves of the impact we have is by listening to the people we serve.
- Spend a few minutes browsing customer reviews online or on Podium.
- Choose a couple of positive reviews that resonate with you. If you’re customer-facing, think about interactions you’ve had that might align with these reviews. If you’re not customer-facing, find pride in how your behind-the-scenes role contributes to the experience being shared.
- Post these reviews on a designated “Customer Voice Wall” somewhere in your workspace where everyone can see the recognition.
Our customers recognize the hard work and dedication we put into every aspect of our jobs. Let’s continue to reflect on this positive feedback and use it as fuel for future success. Every role matters, and together, we make a difference!
2025 Vision Boards
Fact: Planning ahead boosts levels of productivity and the outcome of results.
As we look ahead to 2025, it’s time to start visualizing what we want to achieve both personally and professionally. A vision board is a great tool to help you set your sights on the future and stay motivated throughout the year.
- Download a vision board template.
- Take a few moments to reflect on your goals for 2025—whether they’re related to career growth, personal development, or something else.
- Fill out your vision board with images, words, or ideas that inspire you and represent where you want to be by the end of the year.
Your 2025 vision board will serve as a visual reminder of where you’re headed. Keep it somewhere visible and refer to it often as a source of motivation throughout the coming year. Together, let’s make 2025 our best year yet!
