Team Connection: The Power of a Prompt Reply
A quick, professional response, even if it’s to say, “I got your message and I’ll have an answer for you by 3 pm,” dramatically reduces customer or team anxiety and builds trust. Responsiveness is a pillar of excellent service.
Review your open tickets or communications. Can you send a quick status update to anyone who has been waiting more than two hours?
Team Shoutout – AR’s September Team Building
AR had a fun September, celebrating all the hard work across the team with a round of “Apple-audes.” We couldn’t agree more — our team is truly “Apple-solutely” amazing!
In the spirit of team-building, take a moment today to give a quick “Apple-aude” to someone on your team who’s made a difference for you this past month. A kind word of recognition goes a long way — and helps keep our culture positive, supportive, and strong.
Company Update: Caddis on the Move! 📦
Exciting news — the entire Caddis team has officially moved upstairs in the Draper office! (The Caddis AR Team and Resupply remains in the Salt Lake office.) This change brings us physically closer together with more of our teams, making collaboration easier and connections even stronger.
Do you work in or around the Draper office? Take a moment this week to stop by and say hello to the “new upstairs neighbors.” Let’s make the most of this move by building even more connections across teams.
Fun Friday: The Best of November
November is known for cozy weather and good food. It’s a great time to recharge and reflect on what we’re grateful for before the end-of-year rush.
Tell the group: What is your all-time favorite holiday food or tradition (Thanksgiving or otherwise) and why?
